Terracotta plant pot and saucer, both with a frilly rim. Hand thrown on the wheel with a drainage hole punched into the base of the pot once the piece is leather hard. Stamped and fired in a single 1080 degree firing. The saucer is brushed with a water repellent coating after emerging from the kiln - never leave the saucer standing in water. Due to the unglazed nature of these pots, they will develop a natural patina and aged look with time. Salt crystals may gather more if using tap water. These can be simply wiped away if they're undesired.Made in United Kingdom
